    I believe a trek is incomplete without having any realisation. Just a small incident which I want to share We were 5 in a group carrying lot of water bottles packaged foods in plastics.We were just worried about ourselves in the trek but our guide during the trek was picking up all the littered plastics and bottles where ever it is.By the time we realised our responsibilities too and we also started to picking up all the wastes and carried them with us and dumped them after reaching the end.
